CreedOS
Behavior system for iPhone & iPad

Your principles, written down — and lived one day at a time

Most of us know what we believe. The gap is between believing it and doing it on a Tuesday. CreedOS lets you write your values as creeds, attach behaviors you can actually observe, and check in each day. No streak shaming, no lectures — just an honest picture of how you have been living.

What is inside

Creeds, not vague resolutions

A creed has a title, your own explanation, a source, and a list of behavior standards — the observable actions that tell you whether you lived it today. "Be healthier" becomes something you can honestly answer yes or no to.

Start from 36 templates

Six areas — efficiency, social, emotion, money, health, cognition — with six curated creeds each, behavior standards already written. Take one as it is, or edit it until it sounds like you.

Let AI shape the first draft

Write a rough thought — a struggle, a goal, a half-formed principle — and AI turns it into a title, a category, and concrete behavior standards. You keep editing from there; nothing is decided for you.

A check-in that takes a minute

Rate how you practiced each creed today, add a note if you want, and log one concrete thing you did or broke. That single event is often what you will want to reread months later.

Review that points, not preaches

Week trend, streak, average, and performance by category. An issue queue quietly surfaces the creeds that are scoring low, going idle, or have no data yet — and an AI coach can talk through what to fix first.

Yours, and quiet by default

Everything is written to your device first, so it works with no signal. Up to three daily reminders per creed, five themes, seventeen app icons, and thirty interface languages. Free, with no in-app purchases and no ads.

How a creed lives

Write it

Pick a template, ask AI for a draft, or type it yourself. Give it two or three behavior standards you could point at and say: that either happened today or it did not.

Check in

Each day, score how you lived it. Add a note or log one specific event. If a creed goes quiet for a while, it shows up as dormant rather than silently disappearing.

Look back

The review page shows the trend, the weak spots, and the categories you have quietly stopped touching. Edit the creed, archive it, or keep going — the version history remembers why you changed it.

Questions

Is CreedOS free?

Yes. The current version is free with no in-app purchases and no advertising. Every feature described on this page is available to everyone.

How is this different from a habit tracker?

A habit tracker asks whether you did a task. A creed asks whether you lived a principle, and the behavior standards are how you answer that honestly. One creed can cover several habits, and it can change as you do — the edit history keeps the reasoning.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Creeds and check-ins are written to your device first and sync to your account afterwards, so you can check in on a plane or in a basement. The AI features do need a connection.

What happens if I miss days?

Nothing punishing. The creed is marked dormant after a number of days you choose, so it comes back into view instead of disappearing. There is no lost-streak drama.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad. Sign in with Apple or with an email address.
